I am always looking fr a good way to cook Salmon and this looks great Enjoy
We’ve been doing our best to eat more fish for dinner, so I’ve been doing my best to prepare it in several ways so my family doesn’t get bored with eating healthy.
1 1/2 pound Salmon
1/3 cup butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup beef stock
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
8 ounce package of fresh mushrooms – clean and slice
Wash the Salmon and pat dry. Place on a rimmed baking sheet, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes, until just cooked in the center.
While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a medium skillet and add the onion. Cook until the onions are softened. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat until liquid is reduced and slightly thickened.
