Aji Verde, more than just Peruvian Chicken Sauce

I do love to add new sauces to my recipes, this one looks outstanding. I will make it soon, you should give it a shot as well and Enjoy.

Tasty Trials and Errors

This is such a refreshing and flavorful sauce and in many ways, one of my favorite sauces ever.  It’s definitely one of my favorite sauces with chicken (hands down over buffalo or barbecue). As per the post title, I’ve made this before as a condiment for tostones, yuca fries, and empanadas and it brings these already tasty snacks to a whole new level. I’ve used it as a spread for my ham and cheese sandwiches and added a little bit to chicken salad. Seriously, if you like this sauce, try it with other savory foods and you may like it also!
